Optimum Health Laser Centre, now London Laser Health Care Centre, was founded in October of 2003. As the need for qualified laser therapists became evident, we opened Optimum Laser Training Centre, now London Laser Training Institute. Since it’s inception we have strived to keep pace with the ever changing needs and future demands for alternative health practices. London Laser Training Institute is growing in both size and in the scope of the educational programs it provides.
Throughout our years of operation we have witnessed significant transformation. However, our commitment to providing quality training and preparing graduates for entry into jobs with a real market demand (including self-employment) is paramount. Most recently, the success of laser therapy for treatments for smoking cessation, weight loss, aesthetics, stress and pain management has caught the attention of the alternative health care industry. Further, with evolving devolutionary cost-effective trends in health care the demand for competent Certified Laser Therapists has increased. This Certified Laser Therapist Program is the cumulative result of our efforts to assist in addressing this demand and in educating the public on the diversity within the Laser Therapy Profession.
The comprehensive training of our Certified Laser Therapist Program is the result of extensive market research and has been designed with projected future health care and beauty therapy trends in mind. Currently laser therapy is an unregulated profession. Our goal is to ensure all laser practitioners are providing the highest standard of care possible.
